Some tips for grocery shopping
-1. Always shop after a meal. The junk food aisle will not be thought of.
- 2. Buy the store’s version of your cereal and canned foods. They are always on the lowest shelf, and cheaper than ads on T.V.
-2. Wear music headphones and set a timer for being in the store.
-4. Farmer’s Market or a community garden.
-5 pull up flyers on your phone to see which grocery store is cheaper.
Look inside pantry and fridge, then cross what you don’t need.
