🤓Don’s Bio🤓
America's #1 Nerdy Comedian
What do you get when you cross an Engineer with a stand-up comedian? You get Don McMillan. This former chip designer has been doing his one-of-a-kind, PowerPoint-Driven comedy show for audiences for over 20 years. In his show packed with graphs & charts, Don will show you the funny side of your world that has been sitting right in front of you – you are just too busy working to notice. Don graduated from Stanford University with a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. He then went to work at AT&T Bell Labs where he was part of the team that designed the world’s first 32-bit microprocessor. He then moved to Silicon Valley where he helped launch the start-up company, VLSI Technology. Then after 15 years in the tech world, Don quit his job to become a stand-up comedian. That year he won $100,000 as the Comedy Grand Champion on “Star Search”. Don’s been seen on “The Tonight Show”, “HBO”, and the “Comedy Central”. These days, Don spends most of his time writing and performing customized corporate comedy shows for companies like Google, Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, Ford Motors, and Exxon/Mobil. Don has performed more than 800 corporate shows in the last 20 years and he was named the #1 Corporate Comedian by the CBS Business Network.

Due to budget cuts, the company I worked for could no longer afford desks, so we were all given cargo pants.

I have the nerdy-est pair of cargo pants ever. it is a pair of cargo pants where the lower part zips off, making them cargo shorts in the summer.

5.11 makes great pants btw.
Light, comfortable, reasonable number of pockets.
When I was young and we went picknicking a lot, the best option turned out to be a modular tactical vest though. That's the apex of yes-I-have-it-on-me solutions, and provides for better weight distribution as well. Civilians get scared by it sometimes though, albeit that was back when terrorism and shootings were not on the public radar.

In the Army we wore extreme cargo pants. Ever seen the Jungle Fatigues from the Vietnam war timeframe? Is there such a thing as a military nerd? A 'combat nerd'?

Wait, so that's how the clients knew I was the IT guy? It was the cargo shorts? Dammit, and I even tried to fit in by wearing a neck tie...

i feel nowadays, "stalker" should be changed to "simp"
this would also keep all of them to be 4 letters

No lie: I went to Star Wars, Galaxy's Edge in Florida. Since you can't dress up as a character from Star Wars as an adult, I went as a Jedi on vacation: a white tee shirt, brown sleeveless hoodie, brown Chuck Taylor's and wait for it...

cargo shorts! I'm an Uber nerd! 🤓 🤓 🤓

You can only put so much stuff in those cargo pants pockets. To much, and that extra weight causes unfortunate problems.

Another observation
IQ, Socially Awkward and Obsessed, that guy would've made a venn diagram.
IQ and Obsessed, he'd be out presenting the diagram.
IQ and and Socially Awkward, he's in the crowd snickering at the jokes but not too loud.
Socially Awkward and Obsessed, he's not present.
