The Syndesmosis TightRope® Fixation System is recommended for isolated syndesmosis injury or high ankle sprain surgical treatment. During surgery, the two Syndesmosis TightRope sutures are used with a two‐hole buttress plate for a minimally invasive construct. The Syndesmosis TightRope system is designed to stabilize and support the ankle syndesmosis through the healing process and normal activity.*
