According to my Top 20 Fav Fictional Craft list, picking the "aircraft" from the list to mean those that can only operate in atmosphere (i.e. excluding spacecraft), that would be the *Cobra Rattler* _(G.I. Joe)_ The *Future Batmobile* from _Batman Beyond_ is a close second.
