In Hebrew:
For accessories: לענוד (La'anód)
For shirt, pants: ללבוש (Lilbósh)
For hats: לחבוש (Lakhbósh)
For socks: לגרוב (Ligróv)
For shoes: לנעול (Lin'ól)
For glasses: להרכיב (Leharkív)
Though I must say, some of these can have different meanings, but their different meanings are very distant and can be considered a seperate means of saying that (For example, לחבוש can mean "to bandage", לנעול can mean "to lock" and להרכיב can mean "to assemble", and these are very distinguished)

When we were taught these words in school, the teacher never specified above the waist/bellow the waist, etc. That makes way more sense than trying to memorize the verb for shirts vs jeans vs shoes individually. Thank you for the clarification

For accessories, you can also use つける.
ex)
Actually we don't say ネックレスをする or ブレスレットをする so much. It sounds unnatural. ピアスをする is ok. So you can use する for only earrings.

Kakeru is like "to hang". So "kakemono" is the scrolls you hang on the wall.
You're hanging your glasses on your nose.

In albanian we have 3 words for it
Vesh-For above and under waist
Math-For shoes
Vërë-for accessories(glasses, rings, earrings)

In albanian words change a lot depending on their number, gender, pronoun etc so I can't explain it accurate
