I've a couple of Questions.

I did install hikvision IP cameras in three different location and each locations are far from about 52km away now i need to access it remotely to monitor from other location and configured hikconnect now i only monitor one of the locations remotely. Will you guide me through the whole process what to do to monitor the whole three location Live feed in my tablet ?
Is there a way i can use the same hikconnect account to add all three locations NVRs to have a live feed from every location at the same time remotely with one monitor ? i need proffessional help. what are my options ? Thanks.

Thanks for the lectrures. I have a question, 1) you downloaded and installed iVMS-4200 . 2) How about to add your Hikvision NVR or cameras to the software, you need to be on the same network or have remote access set up for your NVR?
The process is Two: 1) d=Downlaod and installation of IVMS-4200. 2) Connection to NVR OR CAMERAS. Pls explain the Second part.

Great video and just downloaded the update but HIKvision SW is still so clunky and not user friendly. Yes its for professional use but dumming it a down a bit would be helpful. Any idea who i can delete empty channels / only camera from my system, i have 5 on the DVR but when i open IVMS i see 48 channels and it skips through them all which is painful
