Sulphur Naguas are such a sleeper melee training method. Absolutely love them. Fun fact: it's not just the sulphur blades that have the extra damage! It's due to their negative flat armor, so weapons like Torag's hammers and dual macuahuitls also gain +4 damage per hit, +8 total per swing. 👀 (also works similarly for Blue and Blood Moons)

My favourite AFK training method is cutting Yew logs, south of Melzar's Maze, where I placed myself between two Yew trees, that those yew trees stay at the same spot for clicking, peaceful spot, cut them down after one is down and so forth. Rsn Gen Wetham

- Bone shard mining in Cam Torum is around ~40k xp/hr and is a heavy sleeper afk mining training method and good way to get bone shards for irons
- 2-3 min per node & theres lot's of nodes
- Bone Shards stack and the only other thing u mine is calcified deposits when u can drop if u want, so no banking if u dont want to

Definitely want to turn in the sulphurous essence before leaving neypotzli btw. They disappear if you leave the zone like the food or potions do

I have two fav afk things to do atm. If you go to prif and fly fish. The fishing spot never moves. I get about 52k exp an hr and it’s amazing. Just have to drop the salmon and trout every now and then. Star dust minning is amazing too. Currently making an alt so both of these afk for so long it’s amazing

Sulphur nagua take 4 dmg per hitsplt from any and all weapons, not just the blades. Making dds and claws very effective here.

Most of all dual macarenas in full blood moon is insanely strong and you can get 120k + xp/hr in it

2:52 - Extra note for the Sulphur Nagua. The wiki states: "Sulphur naguas have -4 flat armour, so all successful hits will do an extra 4 damage to them. This incentivizes using faster weapons, or weapons with multiple hitsplats, such as the sulphur blades they drop or the dual macuahuitl."

Meaning any multi-hit weapon will benefit from the extra 4 damage. Dual Macuahuitl are super good here if you can afford it over the Sulphur blades.

Sulphur nagua's with dual mac's are upwards of 110k/hr combat xp with full prossy. No piety needed as they die too fast to need piety anyways!

One of my favories of the last 6 months has been valamore bone shard mining. Basicly did 30m xp there getting almost 99 prayer on my 80 combat ironman. Basicly only had to press a rock once every minute.

My Favorite AFK method are lava/sacred eels, with the idle notification on, I can hear when the spot changes which helps me make sure I'm always fishing.

For the house agility course, if you add a parallel passage and swap the and swap the last passage for a t-junction, you can run down that way to get back to the start rather than clicking repeatedly, hoping to fail a trap. You can even place a door there, which will prevent you from accidentally running back through. As a bonus, when running through, sometimes you'll trigger 2 traps. Your character won't have anywhere to go, so the pathing will try to take them backwards through the side passage, causing them to backtrack through earlier traps. Mine looks something like this:

I think you should have added calcified rocks to mining. Its more afk than daeyalt, you get 40-50k xp/hr and a lot of passive prayer xp banked.
