Educator Workshop Episode 1 featuring two key sessions. The first session, "Refugee Resettlement," will be led by Sarah Merwin, Senior Director of Refugee and Migrant Services. This session will provide in-depth insights into the processes, challenges, and best practices for resettling refugees, highlighting the crucial support services needed for successful integration.

The second session, "Language Access Training ," will focus on equipping educators and staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively support non-English speaking students and families. This training aims to enhance communication, promote inclusivity, and ensure equal access to educational resources for all members of the university community. Together, these sessions will offer valuable perspectives and practical strategies for addressing the needs of refugees and fostering a more inclusive environment.
