I am thinking of replacing thermal pads, there is dirt on them and some of them are just crumbling on just a touch. It seems there are thermal pads of different thikness available. Can you tell how much mm will be suitable for this laptop.

How did you unplug the battery? I’m having trouble unplugging it because of how tiny it is, and the black tape or paper is peeling off, can you help me?

My Alienware m15 r4 died, what do you guys think it could be? I tried taking it apart and unplugging the battery and waiting a couple minutes, plugging it back in but still nothing when i try to power it on
