Is EA Play on Steam Worth It?

EA Play has come out on Steam, so now you can pay $5/month or $30/year for about 50 EA games. This is separate from the Origin subscription, so you can only play them on Steam. In this video I talk about the pros and cons of the Steam and Origin versions.

I am wondering, i saw in steam EA play library there is Battlefield V year 2 Edition, in the rest of the games what versions do you get? Normal or Premium?

Only question i have been looking for the answer of is whether i need to buy the game AND sub to actually play it?

Reason being, im one of the burned stadia players and i am not keen on having my access turned off from games i spent on. Some are so good that i had no issue with buying them directly. But im not into the subscription model for gaming anymore. Sure if you play "free games" that's fine for you, i know what games i want and rather pay directly.

it's a good deal if u just wanna play it for the story/campaign for some games... rather than buying them for expensive price and after you finish it you just left the game in the corner of your library

Ps: i'm pretty sure you still need origin though even if u decided to go ea play on steam... CMIIW
