I own an exterior cleaning company. Built it years ago, with the idea of franchising it. I’ve heard the paperwork needed to start franchising the business is around $35-50k.
It’s the only thing holding me back from starting to franchise it.
I’ve made the business completely automated. It can make anywhere from $25k-$70k+ with only two people and a truck a month.
It’s been my dream to franchise it, to help people get out of the rat race of the corporate world.

Hey Mike! Do you have a marketing course that teaches step by step for Facebook, Google ads, SEO and how to get them all ranking high?

I can dig through hundreds of videos who tell me what to do but never actually show you how. I’d rather just pay for a course that teaches the actual process. I feel like taking courses at a college wouldn’t help so if you have any or know of someone else who has a good course that you could recommend I’d love to know. Thanks

Hey Mike, I was wondering if I could ask you a question? I started a solo lawn care business last may and I have somewhat built it up to about 20 clients in the central MS area. I am legit, have a FB page, IG page, Website, and GMB page with 10 5 star reviews. However, I am moving to another state and much larger city and better for business. I am doing this in December or January It has like neighborhoods with 3 to 5k houses valued at $400k or more. So there is plenty of money and customers to get me to where I want to be in my business. So my question is how and what would you do prior to the move so I can start maing money the minute I get there? Also, how do I switch my GMB page to the new area to continue the momentum that I had gained. Thank you very much Mike for all the content and wisdom that you give out. I have learned a lot from you.

We dont charge royalties, yet you’ just gotta pay us 14, 400$ a YEAR for the rest of its life… to use our color name and Command Center when you can just start your own with personal vehicle, 2k+ sometimes much less and pay no one nothing ever.. 😅
