Nice video!! We have our new Yahama Quiet Tech being delivered tomorrow. Our model is the 4 seater and the back seat flips down to create a flat cargo area and sort of looks like a little truck when the back seat is down. We purchased it from Village Discount Golf Cars and the sales person was our friend Dave who relocated to TV two years ago with his wife. Dave sold cars with my husband years ago when my husband was working in car sales and that is how I met my husband purchasing a car from him 20 years ago . My husband loves to tell people he was part of the extended warranty. Needless to say we feel like two kids on Christmas Eve anxiously awaiting Santa's arrival. 😁

We bought a Yamaha gas quiet tec..we love it....upgrades...Front tray above our heads . Glove box.. bench seats and it comes with extra padding for arm rest..Safety reason seat belts...We use them...Thank you

I got all the same upgrades you did. Just different color. Mine will be ready in October. I pimped mine out with the camera and wheel lights too. I see you chose the red wheels, i picked the blue ones.

Thanks for this information. I am moving to the Villages in Aug/Sept and ordered a Yamaha gas four seater from the Magnolia Plaza location back in early April and it will be ready when I arrive.
I went with many if not all of the options you had on the top 10 list including the St. Louis Cardinals graphics.
Really hope to meet both of you once I get there and also hoping to purchase the Durham model.

Although I know both of you are still working and Karen has a long commute, I was wondering in your free time do you choose to drive your golf cart over your car for errands? If so, have you discovered if you're saving gas and/or wear and tear on your car by driving your golf cart instead?

My husband and I live in the midwest and I would like to retire to The Villages, but I still have a few years to go & I have to convince him to move. Thanks again for your great videos - I enjoy watching them.

Hi Roy and Karen. Love your YouTube channel. Very informative and fun to watch both of you. This is not a golf cart related question but did you have reservations about being able to afford living in the Villages? It seems that it’s only for wealthy folks. I’m concerned about the home insurance crisis going on in Florida. I’ve read a lot about it. I’m concerned that we wouldn’t have the money to replace our roof after 15 years and our HVAC, hot water heater. etc to maintain home insurance. What are your recommendations? Do other residents talk about this issue? It’s seems it’s an issue realtors won’t talk about. Thank you.
