Legal question: The flight from Manila to The Hague, Netherlands is about 13 hours. The plane carrying PRRD left at 11:03 PM on March 11, 2025 and is expected to arrive at The Hague at 12:00 NN. on March 12, 2025
Assuming the SC comes out with a TRO before the plane arrives in The Hague, say for example at 9:00AM or 10:00 AM on March 12, 2025 is the Philippine government legally bound to order the pilot to turn back and return to the Philippines immediately?

why they need ICC to give him trial if the judicial system of Philippines is working fine under the current admin? if they need ICC for this then it logically means the judicial system right now of PH is not to be trusted and therefore the PH is now not a country to be trusted overall. this is a wrong move by Marcos and this surely will impact the economy, investments and security. Marcos is now shouting that PH is now a weak sovereignty.
