I’ve seen this on the plasterers forum. I think some people aren’t open minded to new ideas though. On a reskim I can see it would be very useful to have in the van. Great video 😂

I used contact adhesive last week, I think that’s the way forward, quick as 👌🏻Impact by evo stick £6 a can Travis’s, Stop beads and angle beads were solid on pre pva’d walls

Looks like kinetic tape, handy too have in the van, staple gun is My go2

I used it today on dried pva old walls... no problems whatsover... i always do 2 coats of pva so it works for me...

You can do the same thing with decent scrim tape, just tape the whole length of the bead job done at a fraction of the cost, tip put the scrim on a radiator for 20 mins prior so it’s super tacky.

Surely a high tack scrim tape would be better
