Haha, the angry passenger at the end was best.
But while the pilot does seem a bit egocentric in pushing blame away to about everybody else I still like the way he informs his passengers and gives them the full picture.

The pilot is completely right, and no, you can't fly another airplane from Barcelona faster than the one who's already en route and struggling with ATC. In fact, they can't send an other at raft at all because of the ATC strike.

Althought he took the time to explain the delay to the PAX, I think it’s not professional to talk bad on the PA about his own airline.
