I'm playing Blitz with Nashor's+Frostfire as early game build, and it's nasty. You can just go full tank after that with Fimbulvetr, and situational items, and you have consistently strong damage, dueling and you're still Blitz, so you can pick people. It's working wonders!

Ghost on blitz is troll, hexflash has infinite value on blitz and is a far better pick.
