Alena and Ybarro's love story was the best portrayal of true love and loyalty that can withstand all trials in life in the original series (even more than Danaya and Akil, which is also kilig). after 4 years I now understand how Alena felt, she went through alot. her lover and sister being inlove at each other, her child was killed by her sister, her brilyante pina pasapasa to every villain💀😟, her new lover getting killed.... she is one of the strongest character in Encantadia, her being a Queen at last ep is totally deserved

After a year, I still come back to this show and I just cried on this specific scene. Poor Alena. Almost everyone got a happy ending and she’s one of the unlucky ones who didn’t make it.

Prirena finally found the guy she loves, marries him, she has Mira and their new kid. Also, the Queen of Hathoria.

Amihan, she has the guy she loves, and Lira.

Danaya, finally gets married to Aquil and has a baby.

Alena on the other hand, lost the guy she loves, lost her son, and became the queen(which let me point out she didn’t even want to be in the first place.) she might be happy but still it wasn’t the dream life she wanted... and maybe she only took on the throne because all of her sisters are in love which is forbidden for the queen...

Up until now I still cry whenever I watch this specific scene. Imagine letting go of your great love for the sake of your sister. Damn. Yung palayain mo pa nga lang yung taong mahal mo para sa ibang taong hindi mo kilala masakit na, pano pa kaya kung para sa kapatid mong nakasama mo all your life? Ang sakit nun. Alena, you are such a brave woman, I salute you for choosing to let go of someone who just keeps on inflicting pain on your heart. Take Alena as your guide, girls. Sometimes, love isn't an enough reason to stay. There are circumstances when you have to let go, even when it hurts so bad, for you to be able to breath and grow on your own, for you to learn how to love yourself more, and for you to stop breaking your heart further. Be brave, ladies. Just like the Alena, be brave.

isa ito sa pinakamasakit na moments sa Enca 2016-2017. Dati inis na inis ako dahil sinisira nila ang AleBarro at ginagawa nilang mahina ang character ni Alena. Pero ang scene na ito ay ang start ng pivotal change sa character ni Alena. Sa huli naging Hara siya ng Lireo at tagapagtanggol ng Adamya. Ngayon ko lang fully na realize na, si Alena ang may pinaka magandang character development sa Enca 2016-2017. Gusto kong maging kagaya sya:
1. Matapang- dahil nalampasan nya lahat ng sakit (maagawan ng Brilyante ni Pirena; mamatayan ng anak dahil kay Danaya; at mawalan ng iniibig dahil kay Amihan.)
2. Mapagpatawad- nakaya nyang patawarin lahat kahit na nawala sa kanya ang lahat; may panahon na magagalit ka at mapupuno ng poot pero kung ipipilit mo sa iyong sarili, kaya mong makabalik sa tamang landas
3. Mabuting Kalooban- parati nyang tinutulungan ang mga Adamyan; handa syang tumulong kahit pa yung iba di naman maganda ang pinapakitang ugali
4. Totoo pag nagmahal- handa syang magparaya para lang maging masaya muli si Ybarro (***TWICE! with Amihan and later Ariana)
5. Matalino- Kung seseryosohin lang ni Alena ang pagiging leader, tactical sya at hindi lang sugod ng sugod
6. Simple- sa totoo lang, character nya yung kontento na sa buhay, ayaw nga nya maging Reyna dahil gusto lang nya maging simpleng diwata na magkaroon ng minamahal at pamilya pero kahit yan lang kaligayahan nya, kinomplikado pa din ng tadhana ang lahat.

Marami pa akong pwedeng isulat pero masyado nang mahaba. Maganda sana kung makakita din tayo ng episodes kung paano siya as Hara ng Lireo. Baka naman po GMA sa next installment ng Enca.

Si Alena talaga ang pinakamabait at may pinakadalisay na puso, tunay ngang siya'y tagapangalaga at karapat dapat sa brilyante ng tubig sapagkat gaya ng tubig siya'y kalmado at malakas/matapang kapag nakikipaglaban. Marami nang pinagdaanan si Alena at kakaiba ang kanyang pinapakitang tibay at lakas.💚💚💚
