Ma'am my mother is 42 years old. She has lower back pain, pain in knees & sometime whole legs, she has acidity & gas problem, she also has migrane. All the issues are chronic, if she get relief from any one issue then another starts bothering her. She also gets painful periods. Other problems can be ignored but her back pain is always severe. I was searching for an ayurvedic medicine for her body(bone & muscle) strength. Like women's horlicks but it is loaded with sugar & can be harmful to body so i want something ayurvedic which can fulfill the nutrients requirement of her body, as she is more than 40 now so maybe her body is getting weak. I don't wanna give her any allopathic supplement. She is facing difficulties in doing her work. I'm worried about her health. Please suggest something ma'am. Please help. Please make a video on women's body strength after 40 years old. Please🙏🙏

Her voice and message is the music, please omit distracting background noise (I have to call it muzac). She is not a native speaker = more demanding to make out. Neither am I = it takes more energy to listen and understand. And people needing such a video are probably less energetic anyway... needing to save it. I don't suppose she'd make a video for unemployed people struggling with disease, disability, needing but not getting help since decades, in severe burnout because of it, and crisis also becasue of the increased anxiety, fear and isolation, and with CPTSD as a root cause with a Highly sensitive personality? Thank you greatly if you do! Humans can change and grow at any point in life, so don't think it is pointless. There are many hidden diamonds.
