Wiha showed us their "Terminator" Bits at Hardware Huddle, and after seeing what they've got to offer, we might have to pick up a couple sets for our shop! #Tools #ImpactDriver #dewalt #wiha

I like my bits to break before I round out fasteners. Call me old fashioned, but a broken bit is worth the cost of not having to torch and drill out a rounded whatever I just broke.

Nobody sees the first test is done at an angle fast as he’s still putting the bit in, the second is done slow and starts after he gets it perfectly level.

Idk about that… he was pretty sloppy with first bit to make it break. Then makes sure to square up really nice with the Wiha bit 😂😂😂 Wiha IS pretty good tho

Pretty much every bit you'd get at a hardware store these days is good enough for almost anything. I've broke a few bits over the years, but never on first use

No way, the bit breaks if you have the drill at an angle, what a revelation

I could also heat up the competition bits for thw demo and change the strength.

And to clarify I know and can guarantee it because I have done it with those same exact bits. If I'm going to be honest I think the industrial version of the Bosch bits that have the same bit on each end are probably the best bits on the market. I think the Makita silver would probably be second I would go for the Milwaukee bits but it depends on which bit you're using not all of those are created equal either. Bosch makes some goddamn good bits though

The fact that you arent allowed to do the test yourself says more than the salesmen ever could…

why don't you fold the drill back like the first one

Funny enough dewalt makes some of the best bits for impacts, between them and Milwaukee, Ive never seen anyone use anything else

Can vouch for Wiha impact bits-
I work at Lowe’s and we use them on all the demo impacts because they’re so tough. I’ve used Dewalt and Kobalt impact rated bits and they don’t hold up to half the abuse that the Wiha’s do with everyone using and abusing the demo tools.

Got some of my own to test and they’re incredibly durable in everything I’ve put them through. Best impact bits on the market

Nobody saw home crank the other bit then go in straight with there own brand

Seen 2 versions of this video and on both you can see he does the first one on an angle to purposely snap the bit.

I love how this guy purposely moves the impact driver as he starts to impact to show it break stop false advertising

Had to turn on subtitles to see what the brand of bits is called as there is no mention of them in desc or title

Definitely not perfect but bit was scratched. Let me in some damage happens even if it’s a little bit it’s still damage.

I don’t care if anyone thinks this video was rigged.
I have done some independent tests, Bosch and Wiha were the two brands that performed the best for me.
