We did it again - a brand new season of Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction (Germany: X-Factor - das Unfassbare).

Jonathan Frakes was at a convention I attended last year and near the end of the day I decided I had to meet him and just tell him how much I loved Beyond Belief as a kid. I got to his booth and all of his headshots for signing were Star Trek. I picked one and as I shook his hand I told him "Look I'm gonna be honest, I've never seen an episode of Star Trek in my life, but when I was a kid I loved Beyond Belief Fact or Fiction", and without skipping a beat he says "Well that's because it's a great show". We talked about it for a little while and he was totally into it, not even in a bashful "ha ha yes the memes were funny" sort of way; he was genuinely enthusiastic to discuss it. He then of course told me "You know we're making new episodes, right?" I said "You're kidding me", to which he replied, in complete earnestness, "I wouldn't kid you". He explained how it was a big hit in Germany and he didn't know if there plans to bring it to the US.

Also, he did a couple line reads to me from the original show, like "Do you remember the tallest man you've ever seen?" and other ones that went viral. One of the coolest moments of my life and a terrific experience. Frakes is the GOAT.
