Was that couple expecting a slam dunk victory? Just for showing up in court?

Should we sue alcohol companies if someone is injured in a DUI?

must be a good idea to sue car companies if someone decides to ram into a group of people

I feel bad for their loss, but the idea to sue manufacturers was foolish. The killer is the guilty party.

There is nothing illegal about buying ammo by the case(1000 rounds). What these people don't understand is why a person would do so, easy, its cheaper! You wouldn't go to Sams club to buy a roll of toilet paper, you get it by the case! Same with ammo when you go to the range a typical person might use 200 or more rounds!

Unless the industry is negligent, how can they be at fault.

Justice was already served to that lunatic!
Can we use some common sense here, that people will die regardless in many ways other than gun violence.
Not every gun owners are murderers.
The one reason mass shooting occur, is because the responsible gun owners are limited by the law to carry in such crowded places to protect themselves.
The police are not magical heroes that will appear in a split second during any situation.
Sorry for your loss,
please, let her go!
