I love this recipe, I've used it a few times in the Fall to have delicious tomatoes throughout the winter. I used them in sauces, on Pizzas, I add them to pot pies, to pita bread, Lasagna, where ever I want some Tomato sweetness. I've also use Roma tomatoes quartered. Very delicious.

Not enough info on canning, yes or no, amount of time to process, how long they keep, sorry didn't learn anything.

These tomatoes if you don’t pierce them, they will pop and splatter all over your oven, so just give them a little poke

Not sure what I did wrong, I just had to throw mine away. The tomatoes were fully covered, but went bad
