I notice Carrie looks lilke Billie Piper and they both look like the earlier pics of Nadezhda Tolokonnikova (google image: one on the right right wearing yellow jacket).
It must be the type that they were after- the type that would please the visiting viewers at their cathedral or something. Whats strange is that none of those three look like the target they were trying to reference.
