Vpn server setup on windows PC is clear but on client side it shows only how to connect from windows device. What if we want to connect to the vpn server from Android device ? How to do that?

dude how do i setup a static wan IP on my router?
basically i'm trying to setup VPN server as shown in this video. how do i get a static wan IP? like i see in your router and you mentioned in your video 4:42 that you don't need any dyddns services because you have a static wan IP.
BTW i have d link DIR-853/ET router and Huawei ISP router.
