For homework/projects, i would usually just tell myself that the sooner i finish it, the sooner and more time i get to relax and play. If you wait until later on, you can’t relax because you’ll be stressed or keep thinking about what is due, and it will also pile up

The problem there, is I still won’t have motivation. So I’ll know when it’s due, I’ll keep it in mind and think about it 24/7, but I won’t touch it. If I give myself a month and do it on the last day, the result is much better, and honestly more complete

What I've been doing lately is doing small parts of an assignment every day rather then large parts all at once. It feels like much less work and I can stop and relax much sooner
