There are reasons why you never consider a non-virgin for a spouse unless of course, you have no alternatives, I have explained how I don't recommend a person entering into marriage with a non-virgin. Let me know your thoughts.

Look he is right, from my experience as a man, I had a woman with a stable character who was not a virgin, we regularly had sex and were in a relationship, I wanted to marry but she refused, only to find out she was doing the same with many other people. So sexual immorality is bad, it's better to have sex after marriage and have a partner who has never had sex, because they will not come with problems in your marriage and if they can keep their virginity of course they can keep faithful.

I also respect non virgins coz I have a close childhood friend of mine who was a virgin untill when sh got raped😭. So at times not everyone who is a non virgin was sleepin around.

This is a good thought. However, some people lose their virginity in sad situations, how do you give advise in such a situation.
This reminds me of how we should define virginity, is it just about the breaking of the hymen or there is more. virginity is something that should be applicable to both gender I believe.

I don't think the success of a Marriage should be based on this and Strongly believe that Virginity is not the ultimate prerequisite one must consider when choosing a life partner. I agree that it is important but i also believe that far beyond just a broken hymen or a sexual encounter a number of other valuable variables must be considered.

Sex before marriage is not fornication, actually there's no sex before marriage, sex is almost marriage itself.

I'll give an answer that for me counts as realistic.
Given an option to choose between a virgin without a strong character and a non-virgin with a strong character, I'd choose the latter. Here's why.
First and foremost, We need to first understand, we are living in a generation where sex before marriage is slowly being normalized or at least has been normalized so chances I'll find a virgin are quite slim if I'm being honest with myself 😅. But that's besides the point. A strong character encompasses so many attributes, e.g. Self control, restriction, discipline etc. I'm under the impression that for one to have a strong character, they must possess a number of key attributes such as those I've mentioned in my previous sentence. Getting married to a man with a strong character means he'll contain the marriage, he'll lead the marriage, he'll have control over his sexual emotions and that includes lust. To have a strong character, one is able to understand themselves, control themselves too otherwise, what would be the premise of their strong character?

On the other hand, marrying a virgin without strong character attributes doesn't justify their inability to stay in and within the marriage covenant because I'm not assured they have self control, or are sexually disciplined. Besides, I'll be their first sexual experience, what guarantee do I even have they're certain of their sexual orientation? 🤔
What if now that they've tasted the waters, they discover the waters are actually more amazing than they imagined, what guarantee do I have they'll have the character to contain their sexual desire(s)? He mentioned, character can be taught, I beg to differ. Character can and is developed willingly by an individual. Unless we are talking about toddlers but we're talking about a fully grown adult. Their character is something they develop, I can however, teach them how to have sex! Character is not an attribute I'd love to spend time teaching a spouse in marriage, it's something that should pre-exist for us to co-exist! How exactly am i even intertwined with an individual with an undefined character if my character is defined in the first place? 🤔

Sex is a very interesting topic! Marrying a virgin doesn't guarantee an adultery free marriage from them. Character contains the marriage.

That's about my two cents. For now.
