Under The Camo Net Stir Fry... On The Hottest Day Of The Year So Far

Just got the car back from needing some extensive repairs and took a drive to one of my favorite woodlands for a Chinese style stir fry. It's 30 degrees here today, the hottest day of the year so far (as I mention once or twice). I haven't been here for two months. Was good to get back there. Made a pigs ear of putting up the camo net though.

I think the Velcro on the top is to attach a few pom poms, the colour of your choice .

I wouldn't have a fire unless conditions are damp. I've chased brush fires in my past. It is very hot uncomfortable work I would not wish on anyone. I do have wood fires but only when damp conditions prevail. The stir-fry looked delicious. Camo net worked great. Take care!

Nice one Rob. Was warm yesterday. I was on forest fire watch at santon downham. I think its safe to have a fire when used with common sense. That Velcro on a modern bush-hat could be for mounting a small solar panel so you can charge your phone while hiking. Good news re your car, You, ll be able to get to the new forest now.
