Tooltip javascript tutorial with source code | JS, HTML & CSS tooltip

Hi, In this video, we will create a custom tooltip with pure CSS and also automate it with a little Javascript. Tooltips are very important to show hints about a particular element. If you are designing a custom theme website then custom tooltips are more important than defaults.
