How do you document the post void and the amount of the bladder scanner. It s kind of confusing 😊

Any nurse that doesn’t use the toilet on shift only has him/herself to blame. When I was a nurse I always made sure to go when I had to. Nobody is going to hail you as a saint for an infection or destroying your body for the job.
