Of course the NFC West gets the shortest segment lol. Classic.

I’m curious to see how the Rams defense does without Donald. He was the best player on the team last year, the best defensive player in franchise history and has a strong case as the best player period in franchise history. Losing that type of player is not easy to replace.

The hawks won 9 games last 2 years with a sus defense! Insert Mike McDonald and all this young talent getting better with monster years from DK, Riq, Geno, K9, all playing for new contracts! Easy 10 wins from Seattle most likely more with all this talent and better coaching.

This 2024 Seahawks team is super talented.

Can't wait for the new system to show Geno's passing accuracy. PFF Geno 2nd most accurate passer in the NFL. Just need Grubb to allow him to show his skills with DK, JSN and Lock. People don't even know the Hawks cut all that trash that left us with 31st D and still won 9 games in 2023. How us it possible? 31st D in MULTIPLE categories but win 9 games and now have MacDonald and a bevy of new starters. Safeties, LBs, DL.

FUN FACT: The NFC west has the most playoff appearances since 2000 with a total of 37. Can the media get their heads out of their asses and give us some more coverage. I am sick and tired of the lack of respect. Seahawks fan here

Admittedly, I'm drinking the kool-aid up here in the Northwest as a Hawks fan. Still, it always makes me laugh when people give their predictions for them. Everyone says the Seahawks got better and then most immediately proceed to predict that they'll win less games than they did the last 2 seasons. It's a bit odd. The NFC West should be a fun division to watch this year for anyone that will actually be watching

Tough NFC west I can see wither the 49ers Rams or Seattle wining to be honest. 49ers seem to be an injury season this year is my prediction

The cardinals might have worst defense in football this next year and Kyler hasn’t played a full season yet. Still need to see the Rams defense with AD, Ernest Jones and Raheem Morris.
Niners run defense is questionable and the offense needs Trent Williams. Seahawks are gonna be a lot better than people think. Solid roster with a massive improvement in scheme and coaching.

Why does everyone overlook Seattle? I think they will have 12 wins tied for 1st with SF. Split the series 1-1.

1. 49ers - Even with the off-season drama, they still have arguably the best roster in the NFL (currently)
2. Rams- Like the Bucs to the Falcons, McVay's men will be heavy contenders for the division crown, my only push back is the interior defensive line replacing Donald is a tall order.
3. Seahawks - A solid team with a new defensive-minded regime it's gonna be intriguing to watch, but still some questions on defense.
4. Cardinals - They may have the weakest roster in the division but they have players that will make every game a must watch: Murray, Conner, Harrison Jr, McBride, Budda, and Zay.

All these do is pick the same good teams from last year -- totally ignoring that there is turnover in the playoffs every year. No one willing to risk a dramatic pick.

Rams lost their 2 best D players!! Donald retired and Jones was traded. Rams dropping off!! It's between Seattle and SF!

The Seahawks have an offensive mastermind as their offensive coordinator and Mike Macdonald as their coach who can help the defense. This team is winning 12 games
