when will routenote contact distributors for artist regarding motion album covers? Apple says you just have to reach out but routenote reps are saying it cannot be done, even when i show apple's response per routenotes direction to contact apple. Please help, some artist have the capabilities to provide such art and the lack of having update to date "features" are extremely important for the artist you represent. i.e automatically makes us look indie

Hi, I got a single approved, but on the "Aproved" section of the site, the image isnt loading and it shows a blank square that says "Oops. Something went wrong! Update your release to re-upload" but if I click on "update release" it shows okay (same image I uploaded when I initiated the process). Then if i come back to the "approved" section, its not there anymore. Should I upload it once again to be safe or it should be fine? UPDATE: After 2 days, it has been resolved by itself without the need of updating anything.
