I made hit products inside of a family company, my family.
The owner sole proprietor who was the great designer decided to put people in charge that are running it into the ground. Chiefly by not being Able to make a hit because sustained sales of an item are the only way to generate growth revenue. You take that into other regions markets if you can, meaning you get the same customer response in different regions.
And because they can't make a hit are just barely above the red line. And for more than six years now.
I resigned about three years ago. Left with nothing heck they can't even make revenue.
And I resigned because they weren't listening. Minus the 80 year old owner who agrees with everything I say. Almost everyone was putting in of their personal taste and that is not professional and that is not marketable.
It's not forever though.
My plan is a clear road to decimating them with sales via new
Development. This is the only way I can keep my family from losing every asset and the phonies escaping. They TALKED their way into those jobs. By behaving confidently - acting & pretending to be mature. Is in no sales history of their own. But the reason my plan is going to work is that every year at that company my biz was growing 10 to 15%, that trend is statistically likely to grow. Now it's a matter of getting to the point of launch.
That owner by the way 6 years ago was 80 yrs. She's not to blame for the failure of this she was the company's great designer, not COO, CFO.
