Question. Let say a cop does that to you. What are your course of actions at this point? I know first denay ownership, but can you also request dna and figure print run on the drug? Request forensic analysis of where the drug was found because traces usually end up where it was found if the drug was there for a preriod of time. I know its usually get settled before this even gets to court, but if you are innocent, then it's within your rights to demand that.
