Great work, I used it. but it did not generate labels on 'y' it only dealing with binary classification, How can I generate labels on 'y' for multi classification?

Thanks for making this public. Just Have a question about the generated files. As you have mentioned you are pickling your training data-set, but, I don't understand why you are generating two files (X_Data and Y_Data). I have a data-set of Training, Validation and Testing, how do I use your code to pickle these files and get just three pickled files. For some reason I tied to pickle the training set and it generates an empty X_:data and then it crushes. I have a lot of images in the training data-set but I have a good PC with 32 GB of Ram, so, I don't think my PC is lacking computational power. Thanks
