Prolink Egregius: Is It Worth The Money?

Here's an overview of the Prolink Egregius (PKGM9301). As for the durability, I am not really sure how long it will last considering it's price. I'm giving the backlight 3 months before it gets defective, if it goes over that I'll give an update here in the description box. I bought this at Lazada for PHP1530, roughly 33USD.

3:18 - Changing the function key to change the input speed affects FPS games where you want the game to respond with minimal lag when faced with an opponent. It will be hard to discern any difference when respond time is in milliseconds, but where gaming is concerned, it becomes crucial.
I have had this keyboard for more than 2 years, probably 3. The keyboard feet broke when it was accidentally lifted and landed on the table while I was cleaning my desk. It wasn't high, just a few centimeters above the desk surface at most. But it broke. The LED for the Num Lock is also spoilt after about 2 years or so.
Generally, this keyboard is made with gaming in mind. It is affordable compared even to the most basic mechanical keyboard today. That also means the quality isn't anything to brag about. It really is just a membrane keyboard with backlighting and basic gameing features. This keyboard will work just fine for the casual gamer who isn't bothered by how the keys feel, occasional gaming and mediocre material and built quality.
You get what you pay for. If you want anything more, you should consider something else.
And I forgot to mention that, the keyboard doesn't remember your backlighting colour settings. Unless your computer doesn't power off, the next time you power back on your computer again, the colour will be changed back to Green again. That means, if you prefer any other colour other than Green, you will have to change it manually every time the computer is powered on.

Its membrane right? BTW I bought an A4 Tech X7 Gaming keyboard for PHP995 in Lazada.It has 15 macro keys

This keyboard is good for it functionality but suxx on term of usage, My Egregius and my pc area is always kept clean, after some year of usage certain key started to get friction when press, is hard to press...stuck friction like feel. The problem is not with the membrane more to they key...has try to open and clean every single of em....it work fine for a while then other key started to act up and get this friction hard to press like symptom. The side curvy design is a dust collector area and hard to clean due to the nook and corner, you gotta use a brush for those. Over all is a good keyboard, not to loud on typing...only problem with mine is this strange friction hard to press like to certain random key. 2-3 years usage review.
