Metroid Dread: Tricky Burenia shinespark puzzle.

TIp: If you shinespark into a slope, You can continue your speedboost and chain it into another shinespark. This is necessary for some of the trickier puzzles in Metroid Dread. It can take a bit of practice to get the rhythm down but it's super satisfying to pull it off.

To those struggling, after four hours I got it. After afterwards all the other puzzles have been significantly easier. Basic tips that helped me:
-To shine in midair, let go of the control stick 100%, idle it. Then press Y+B, and AFTER the animation starts, hold left/right.
-On rising the final incline, tapping down early works well, the game seems to notice and stops you a generous amount before you'd fall off the edge and lose everything.
-It's not fun, but if you're struggling, go to a tram/shuttle and practice. It's not as random as it seems when it works or not, it's just precise.
-Game fatigue is real, if you're pissed off or irritated it'll almost guarantee you won't do it. I spent three hours and couldn't get it, and went to bed for work. The next day, I got it in the first thirty minutes. Don't make it a contest, it's okay if it takes a couple of sessions to get this down.

This of the few items in the game where nobody should feel bad for having to look it up. Not only is it ridiculous to perform, but the game.doesn't even tell you that you can do half the shit need to do to get this.

I've resolved that puzzle in about one hour and a half of attempts or maybe a little more, even if I was already fully aware of that shinespark-in-the-slope mechanic inherited from Metroid Fusion.

Fun facts, if you get here by shinesparking to the portal from Ghavoran, you can actually get the Gravity Suit before the Space Jump and fight the Experiment early!

2 new mechanics were introduced here suddenly so a newcomer (like me) is going to struggle a lot.This particular shinespark puzzle is very different from anything else.
1- You need to know the upward slopes can be boosted with shinespark. You already know shinespark can be used in mid-air from earlier puzzles but the slope mechanic is new. No instructions are given about them.
2- You have the ability to re-activate shinespark after a slope run is completed. This is another mechanic that is almost impossible to figure out by yourself.
However, once I've figured out what to do, it literally took me 5 mins. The execution wasnt hard. The actual puzzle with un-explained mechanics were hard since I never did slopes + shinespark in any of the earlier Metroid games.

This is the only puzzle I couldn’t solve, and ironically having to look up a guide made me feel more accomplished re: all the others. I found unnecessarily difficult ways to complete some of them because I didn’t know half the mechanics and also think I got lucky by accidentally pressing Y+B a few times as well. I could feel frustrated with the game, but it truly is satisfying to do this. That’s the impression I choose to focus on.

Was my final puzzle before 100%, but I got it in around 25 minutes. I think getting used to the other shinespark puzzles helped get me the feel for it to be able to pull this one off. Definitely not intuitive to know what to do, so watching vids like this is super helpful

bro this is the hardest shinespark puzzle in the whole game. I did this to get the gravity suit early and it took me FOREVER. Super satisfying when done tho
