Thanks for that report! 🎉 You are right: the crew makes the difference on a flight with Lufthansa. Because we all know about the outdated hard product and the catering beliw average. But with a little luck you can get really really lovely flight attendants. Had an awesome crew on a flight from Nairobi to Frankfurt last year.

Did you wear your Lufthansa first class pajamas on this business class trip?

You r lucky you had a mattress cover and hot food. My breakfast was served cold w no apology and was the worst even compared to economy. Call center is now probably in India or Asia and their cultural understanding of quality prevails. And Fra airport was so sad reflecting how Germany has socially levelled. I will never flyLufthansa business class again! Unless it is a 1-2-1 configuration. Traveling solo is really awkward if you’re that close to your neighbor. I flew ITA business class, and it is a completely different and enjoyable experience! Also, with some exceptions, I found that the crew is professional, but cold and unfriendly. Never again!

This is the third Vlog I have watched about Lufthansa and their business class product. All three shows that their catering is just horrible. I mean, wtf? If I had paid premium for that product I would be furious. Simply disgraceful, especially when you consider the price they take for flying business. Not worth

REALLY surprised to see this video. I flew the 747-8, A380 and A350 this summer in Business. The seats are hard, bedding subpar, uncomfortable and strange the way they raise up before reclining. AND, the 2x2 or 2x3x2 is so antiquated. The food was inedible on every flight and the crew was completely bored and invisible in general. They're also using the new Allegris on seemingly random routes like Vancouver. The lounges at JFK, Newark, Frankfurt and Munich were unimpressive and super busy, at best. I will never fly Lufthansa again.
