I grew up in Europe and have lived all over the world and now find myself in Seattle, home of Boeing! When I was very young (possibly on a 747!) I got the cabin tour like most kids did in the day and the flight attendants were talking to me and they joked *_"if it's not Boeing I'm not going"_*, I haven't heard anyone say that phrase in years but I always think of it when I think of aviation history and Seattle!

It is NOT the final flight as the 747 will probably fly for the next 30 years or so. It is the last production flight on its delivery flight to Atlas Air.

This is just false lol its NOT the last flight. It's the last 747 boeing is making being delivered to it's purchaser where it will probably fly for 20-30 years.
