Dollar general’s are what we use in Tennessee for directions. It goes like this- turn left at the light, go down three dollar general’s and take another left, pass then next dollar general and turn right after the train tracks… these are directions I’ve given many times 😂

Think about the entire tax system for a minute.
There's a private company that makes the money we all use. They charge a fee for each dollar printed. That is also considered a product, some of which is taxed by the government. Then, that money gets handed out to agencies to disperse to citizens and companies. Each of which has to pay a tax on every dollar received. Then, that money is transferred to someone else to pay for a product, which is also taxed at least one time. If that product happens to be a specific type of property, it could also be subject to additional taxes. Then, the person who sold the product is also taxed for having sold said property.

Even if you were to be extremely generous, you're still looking at singular products with a MINIMUM of 4 times, adding one or two more taxes for every other transfer that occurs. When considering that the lowest tax rate for transfer/purchase/sale of a product is about 3% (compounded for each transfer [and even assuming there's no value increase between transfers, which there is] and doubled to account for both parties), you're going to realize just how insane the taxation has become.

This is why people like myself declare that taxation is THEFT

My first job was in 1982, everyone on earth was convinced that Social Security wouldn't be there. Including myself. I'm now 58 and have been on ssdi for the last 3 years. Relax. Social Security is nothing more than a political pawn to be played by whomever needs it at the time
