I do this, or I will add olive oil/grapeseed oil and use it as a scrub. Ground coffee does a great job.

Aint no way i would be putting coffe grounds under my eyes. Wayyyy too abrasive for the sensitive thin skin there. You can get the caffeine by steeping in water and straining the grounds. Use cotton ball to gently apply. I dont even use my pointer fingers under my eye because i consider that too agressive. I only touch my under eyes with my ring finger or pinkies because they are the weakest fingers.
