Brewing a Classic Norwegian Christmas Beer.

This is a Norwegian tradition dating back to the Vikings.
The vikings brewed beer to honor the gods!

At times is was mandatory for all norwegian farms to brew beer as a way to pay taxes.
Failing to do so could result is losing your farm or being exiled.
For Christmas the beer that was brews was stronger and darker then it was the rest of the year.

In the last 100 years the tradition of brewing at home was lost with the boom of commercial brewerys, but now we are taking the tradition back!

For best result this beer should mature/lager for six months or more.
