Eoseas looks like a really interesting design concept, especially considering how the purpose of it is to help make cruising more environmentally sustainable (something that has reportedly been a huge issue in the cruise industry). Of course, one wouldn't expect it to be built as it is presented to due issues with construction costs and operational issues. However, it seems to be mainly concerned with exploring potential alternatives for sustainability rather promoting an actual ship to be built. I could see some of these design ideas being implemented for a smaller ship operating for luxury lines like Seabourn or Windstar.

I don't think the last one (Floating City) will survive on the open ocean, if it sails... Because it don't look it is designed for the high ocean waves ...unlike others..
