I had to put to sleep my beloved cat in August and now I often look at a particular photo of hers cuddling with her mom when she was a baby. It’s so bittersweet because it’s beautiful to see how similar they looked, but also I think about how she used to be so young and pain free and I wish she’d never gotten old and sick. However, I like to think that they found each other in the afterlife. ❤️

My dog’s mum was sweet, very gentle from what I remember.
I was 9 when I met my dog she is now 13 and I am in my early 20’s.

Her genetics are good and her temperament is stable and solid.
She’d have also probably made an amazing cadaver dog or medical detection dog (her sense of smell is incredible).

I saw one of my dog's puppies on Christmas, one of my cousins adopted it a few years ago and it was a long time without seeing him cuz when we met she doesn't bring the dog, but this time she did and I almost cry, I had to give my dog to someone else due to my studies and lack of time, and her baby looks just like her, same eyes, same face, even the bark and howl is the same (just in a lower pitch cuz the baby is a male), it reminded me so much to my beloved Lyla, I miss her so much :(
