Tear & Share Nutella Christmas Tree!

Ingredients:
2 sheets of puff pastry
Nutella
Egg wash
Icing sugar

1) Preheat the oven to 180°C/ Gas Mark 4/ 160°C (fan)

2) Place a sheet of puff pastry onto a sheet of baking paper and spread Nutella over the top.

3) Lay the other puff pastry sheet on top and press it down gently.

4) With a sharp knife, carefully cut it into a Christmas tree shape.

5) With the leftovers, cut out some small shapes with some Christmas cookie cutters.

6) Remove the excess.

7) Cut short horizontal strips each side of the tree and twist them.

8) Place some of the small shapes on top as decoration.

9) Transfer everything to a baking tray and brush it with the egg wash.

10) Bake for 20 minutes.

11) Dust with icing sugar.

12) Enjoy!

My ex husband came to pick up my son, and made a comment about how it’s “bad luck” to have my tree up in January. My birthday is at the end of January so I always keep it up until then. After that comment, I kept it up to prove we create our own luck and it has nothing to do with a Christmas tree being down before a certain time. I kept it up all year and changed the decorations with the different holidays/seasons… I literally had the BEST year I’ve had since my SonSHINE was born. He on the other hand had the WORST year of his 45 on this planet. Lol

Everything is energy (scientifically proven). This includes thoughts and words. The mind is our most powerful tool. Believe it, do good and achieve it!
