The emotion you squeeze out of a guitar is amazing, love all your videos ive got lots of guitarists i love listening to eg gilmour, petrucci, hendrix, page, frusciante, slash, hetfield, hammett, oldfield the list goes on but you are my favourite guitarist and if i could play like that id be one very very happy dude

If you're looking for great (slightly hotter) tele pick ups I can highly recomend the "Leo Sound - Mudcat" they are amazing. They are probably the best sounding singlecoils I've played. They have the tele thing but like the single coils in your brown oswald they have a bit of p90 in there. Especially in the bridge!

Edit: I gotta say I love reverse headstocks. I like the diffrent string tension they give. Also they make me feel like hendrix so that's a plus :D

Dave, love the jam, I just got sucked up in it and it swept me away. The headstock may not agree and pickups can be changed out, but the neck, the neck, just gets you caught up playing it and sounded so musical and mystical!

Swap the pots to 500k. I done this to a Japanese Blade telecaster. the sound was kinda nice but bit dark sounding. The new pots has really woke the guitar up !

Had Fender invented the strat with headstock the other way up, as he should have done, you would love it because it'd be what you're used to. There are some very valid reasons for having the headstock oriented this way. It all relates to how the different string gauges behave at the nut due relative break angle and length of the string from nut to tuner. The headstock being upside down does kinda look wrong, but it's only because of what we're used to. I had a Jackson with reversed headstock, didn't much like the guitar for other reasons, but tuning from underneath seemed easier to me, less contortion required. But yeah, reversed headstock should perform better.
