My MIL was finally told to stop moving things. She used to say, "If you can't find something, just call me." No. It's my house. It doesn't run efficiently if I don't know where things are or if things aren't where it makes sense to me. I told her if she wants to help, that's appreciated. But stop moving and rearranging things
