Dubai Hills Villa is located in the distinguished and reputable Al Barsha South area in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is quite a sought-after area not only due to being in close proximity to the stunning Dubai Miracle Garden and Butterfly Garden, but also because of the tight-knit residential community.
The client wanted to create a lavish yet comfortable villa to reside in. The design brief was to create a warm and pleasant space with a practical layout.
As a result, the decision was made for the living spaces to be interdependent yet also being partitioned where required. As it is a large property, we made it our duty to ensure that the spaces smoothly merge into one another in order to make the flow of movement and circulation organic and natural.
