298 VPH - Tailgating & RLJ & AK09 FUP + Unknown RLJ

Spotted this whilst doing the London Bikeathon today.
As we approached here and I saw the van indicating I thought I'd better start recording as it may get messy with the new cyclists and the left indicating van in L2. As it happened it was the tit in the Cobra behind who caused the issue. I could feel him right up my chuff but wasn't going to take a chance with trying to beat the the van and couldn't get into L2 due to the traffic. As I get to the light they go amber so I stop in the ASL in L2, luckily as the prat goes tearing through! That lane is meant (I believe) for turning left....
I didn't notice the other 2 RLJ's at the time and only spotted those on viewing the video!! Flipping Sunday drivers....

@Cliffjumper24 It would be sensible for insurance companies to use information of this nature to target higher premiums on those who drive less safely. That way, they could avoid hitting the safe drivers as hard, as well as discouraging bad driving.
Looks like a win-win situation to me.
I know some companies offer fleet discounts where video monitoring equipment is installed (and even for some high-risk groups, refuse cover without "black box" type recorders), so there is precedent.

Crazy, for a couple of minutes! If you don’t want to pose at the lights, why have one? They handle like shit, drink fuel and absolutely no chance of getting a bike in the boot.

@robojimpip That's why he's trying to compensate by getting a bike on the bonnet.
I wonder what a few convictions would do to his insurance premium?

You video someone doing something stupid, and email the main insurance companies with their registration and a link to the vid.

Maybe the insurance companies may decide the policy holder isn't paying enough based upon the manner of their driving?!
