Hey: If you cut the zip ties by the locking head, you can save them to use on something else.

Do these bikes always come double boxed? The ferro unboxing shows a single box so is it just the higher models? Also is there any difference between ordering from zizzo site or amazon is the packaging the same?

The magnets came overlapped on my bike, so it won't open. Also, should the screws be sticking out 1/2 inch from the frame?

These videos are great but why is there no guidance on how much movement is too much for the handle bars stem to frame connection. I have a bolt in the box that's isn't connected to anything, what is this?
