One of my chickens died yesterday. Her life was cut early by a hawk and she was the sweetest one. My whole family had different names for her because she was everyone's favorite. She wouldn't run when we tried to pick her up. She closed her eyes because he trusted us and felt safe and comfortable. I'm glad you found your tortoise because i know the feeling to lose an animal you dearly love.
